# Hướng dẫn xử lý sự cố

1. **Hướng dẫn lấy lại mật khẩu tài khoản**

Trong quá trình sử dụng nền tảng Mentori, bạn không may bị quên mật khẩu của tài khoản. Dưới đây là hướng dẫn lấy lại mật khẩu:

*Bước 1:* Truy cập vào trang web [Mentori](https://school.mentori.vn/), nhấp vào Đăng nhập:

*Bước 2:*  Nhấp vào Quên mật khẩu trên màn hình đăng nhập

*Bước 3:* Điền thông tin Email của bạn đã sử dụng đăng ký tài khoản để lấy lại mật khẩu. Tiếp tục lựa chọn nút Lấy lại mật khẩu

Sau khi hoàn tất thao tác trên, bạn vui lòng kiểm tra lại Email của bạn (bao gồm cả hòm thư Spam) sẽ có email hướng dẫn bạn cách thiết lập lại mật khẩu mới nhé.

2. **Sự cố trong quá trình học**

Trong quá trình học bạn gặp sự cố về âm thanh, video, không đăng được thảo luận, ghi chú, bạn vui lòng thực hiện như sau:

* Kiểm tra đường truyền mạng của bạn
* Sử dụng [cửa sổ ẩn danh](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?hl=en) để xem thử video
* Tải lại website
* Khởi động lại máy và trình duyệt

*Bước 1:* Sau khi đăng nhập tài khoản thành công, bạn nhấp chọn vào biểu tượng ảnh, và chọn Góp ý cho Mentori
